I HAVE A JOB GUYS 8D
I am now officially a Software Test Engineer! Super excited for my first day of work next week. I can finally put aside all of the job applications and concentrate on work, studies and hobbies :) The commute is far and the pay is meh, but… it’s a great start and I’m happy.
I have one thing I want to share today!

Alfred: Like Decide-o-tron for food :)
I’ve tried Alfred here for a bit and LOVE it! It’s nice when trying to look up restaurants and bars that you haven’t been to before, and “Alfred” is an absolutely adorable, butler-looking, front desk bell -shaped character. I’m definitely using this app to find places to eat after I find that first job and move!

Two updates since my last real entry :) First, I’ve been continuing my job search and am waiting to hear from another company. I probably won’t get paid as much as it doesn’t directly require much coding, but I think it’d be an excellent start point while I get used to the industry! I’m keeping my fingers crossed!!
Second, it was my birthday a couple days ago! Lucky number 23~. The day of, my friends and I went to an izakaya and had some awesome sashimi, fried chicken, and kimchi kalbi, among other food items! Then we went back to one of my friend’s house and they made cupcakes for me! I <3 them~.
A couple days later, we had a family celebration of my birthday and my mother made moussaka and onion gratin soup. Absolutely delicious :)
